  • Job Responsibilities

    • The Junior Designer will have the opportunity to assist development teams from participating in initial brainstorming, developing design concepts, user testing and handling day-to-day tasks for various small and large scale projects.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong visual design expertise and a solid understanding of interaction design principles.
  • Job Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree
    • Employment: Associate
    • At least one year experience in web design preferred. Experience at a publishing or an entertainment company a plus
    • An exceptional portfolio of work showcasing digital/interactive design
    • Strong eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, and fluid layouts
    • Ability to map basic UI flows and identify common use cases and scenarios
    • Basic understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, Javascript
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work and liaise across all brand teams
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong work ethic
    • Strong interest in emerging technologies, design usability best practices, mobile and social networking trends
    • Degree in graphic design, web design or other media-related field
