The position will report to the VP of Finance and will be a key contributor to the marketing, ideation and content production teams with significant exposure to senior management.

  • Job Responsibilities

    • • Determine the key types of metrics and insights that will best help zeebox deliver show experiences that ‘pop’ through a feedback loop where enhancements can be judged based on impact by audience segment
    • • Design, develop and own standard dashboards/reports that provide views into all aspects of our business, including: user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization
    • • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide a data-driven perspective on key decisions across the organization
    • • Work with data engineers to ensure capture of all necessary data elements
    • • Reconcile data from a variety of sources; devise and/or improve processes to monitor data and ensure its accuracy and integrity
    • • Support Finance team with various ongoing and ad hoc KPI analysis
    • • Proactively analyze data in search of business insight
    • • Execute in a fast-paced, team environment
    • • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree
    • Employment: Not Applicable
    • • 3+ years of experience in performing quantitative analysis/reporting in a web or mobile media organization
    • • BS or higher-level degree in a quantitative discipline (applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, operations management, or related field)
    • • Expert level Excel skills
    • • Hands-on experience with statistical techniques and modeling
    • • Highly detail oriented with effective problem solving skills and strong business acumen
    • • High capacity to deliver quality outputs in a fast paced and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines
    • • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
    • • Knowledge of SQL and major business intelligence tools a plus
    • • Knowledge of financial accounting a plus
    • • An appetite to be part of a highly motivated team that is in the middle of something truly hectic and exciting
