The Leveraging Opportunities Program is a multi-year initiative. While we are not making wholesale changes to the U.S. Business System, this initiative will require us to do things differently as we work together to strengthen the company as a whole. The Leveraging Opportunities Finance Team supports the tracking, reporting and forecasting of the Leveraging Opportunities Project. This small team interacts with the Senior Executives that are leading these initiatives to update the associated financial projections. This team is implementing a controlled process to track and report the associated savings and investment costs for the program. In addition, this team interacts with the Business Group finance teams to update the financial projections and the impact on the businesses via the forecast process. This position will provide the candidate exposure to the overall financial tracking process including actual reporting, forecasting, budgeting, along with providing insightful analytics that influences decision making.
