  • Job Responsibilities

    • The Back Office Lead has a passion for organization and getting into the details of store operations. They direct accurate reconciliation of all daily cash management processes and admin office functions including opening the store, hiring and on-boarding, ordering supplies, scheduling and maintaining employee files. They partner closely with store employees and leadership, driving profitable results across the store.
    • 60% of your time you will:
    • Play a lead role in administering back office procedures.
    • 40% of your time you will:
    • Assist store leadership in daily responsibilities to include: researching customer escalations, scheduling, hiring processes, and new employee on-boarding.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements

    • Education: Not Required
    • Employment: Not Applicable
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year customer service experience
    • 6 months to 1 year cash handling experience
    • Preferred Requirements:
    • 6 months retail experience
